Letters to the Editor: Karen Bass is right, abortion is a local issue
It is my sincere hope that we as a community can come together and support the decision for our church to support the pro-choice stance in this matter, and I commend to the media the work of many who are trying to bring out the pro-choice arguments. There are other pro-life advocates who are at work and in the media and I commend them as well.
This is not a right-or-wrong issue that can be settled in the court of public opinion. All life in this life is important and should be protected at all cost. The decision in this matter, in the public’s eyes at least, is a no-brainer. As always, any decision in this matter is between the two sides.
